My Mission

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We are sometimes known as “Mormons” because we believe in the Book of Mormon as another testament of Jesus Christ, along with the Bible.

I love my religion and the way it has influenced me. It is a big part of my life.  I knew when I was a teenager that I wanted to share my religion with others. That is one of the reasons I chose to serve as a full time missionary. I assume most people know about Mormon missionaries.

As soon as I was old enough I applied for missionary service. I received my call to serve in the Berlin, Germany Mission. I went to the Missionary Training Center (MTC) for two months to learn how to teach and preach in German and then I headed to Germany for the next 16 months.

As a missionary most of my time was spent talking to people about religion. We invited people to learn more about God and Jesus Christ. It was fulfilling and challenging in many ways.
